On Wednesday, 15 October, the secondary pupils of John Chilton School at the Bengarth Site enjoyed a laughter-filled pantomime performance of Beauty & the Beast, presented by M+M Theatrical Productions.
The show captivated the audience with its lively mix of drama, comedy, music, and special effects. There was a variety of hit songs, including songs from the popular K-Pop Demon Hunters. A highlight of this year’s production was the digital background, which particularly impressed the pupils, including flashing the times table up there as part of a musical number.
This wonderful experience was made possible through the generous sponsorship of Happy Days Charity. We are deeply grateful for their continued support in providing our students with such exciting and memorable opportunities.

Freddie – I liked Gaston punching Gormless
Hafiz – I liked the part before the transformation of the Beast
Surya – fantastic because it was a good show
Jess – it was funny and fun
Brandon – I liked the punching and fighting
Edmon & Mo – I liked the swords
Mo – There should be more fighting scenes
Sabrina – It was alright
Przemyslaw – The acting was really good, but I didn’t like the song choices this year.
